Delivery charges and times
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £30 and we ship worldwide.
Orders are normally dispatched within two working days of receipt of the order, often on the next working day.

We can only accept payments in UK£. The currency converter on our site allows you to see prices in different currencies, but orders will be processed in pounds sterling (GBP).
We really love Bank Transfers as they cost us the least to process, so call us if you’d like me to send our bank details. On our site, we accept all major credit cards except American Express and you can also pay via PayPal.
Alternatively, you can call us on 01395 260026 with your card details, if you prefer to talk to a human, any working day before 2pm.
Where can I buy Fill-me-in products?
We have many more shops and galleries stocking Fill-me-in range, please email us if you’d like to know if there is one close by. We will put up a stockists list asap.
We really want you to be happy with anything you buy from us.
Please let us know about any shortages, faults or damages as soon as possible and we will try to rectify the problem.
You may cancel your order up to 14 calendar days from the day after you receive all goods in an order. Once you’ve cancelled an order you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. This does not apply to goods we have personalised for you. Please email us if you are returning an order.
The refund is for the goods only. We will not reimburse you for the cost of sending the goods back to us. Delivery charges and returned postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty.
It’s important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in its original condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that it’s undamaged and unused
Please retain your proof of posting certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

Where is best to hang my artwork?
We can tell you where not to hang it….Do not hang any prints or original artwork in direct sunlight. High or low humidity can also cause damage to artwork. Do not hang directly over any heat sources such as radiators or close to air conditioning units, and definitely not in the bathroom, though the toilet is often a great place to contemplate a Fill-Me-In poster!
